I met Mr Butler for the first time today and I found him very nice, friendly and he listened to my concerns. I have every confidence in him as he is going to perform an operation on my leg. I had a pleasant experience at St Michaels as I am normally nervous of going to the hospital. I felt at ease with the doctor and the nurse,

I consulted Mr Butler about a common orthopaedic problem. I needed advice as to whether I should have something done about it or leave it alone. Mr Butler was approachable and friendly and offered a variety of options with a view to a review of the problem at a later date should it become more troublesome. I enjoyed our discussions and left feeling that I'd received good advice from an expert.

It was the first time that I had seen Mr Butler today, he was super, listened to me, didn't judge me like some consultants do, he greeted me with a smile and a handshake which is more than the miserable receptionist on the front desk of the hospital did! he came across as the sort of person who cares greatly about his patients and their needs, and how he can help. First class.

I have seen Mr Butler on 4/5 occasions and have been very satisfied with his manner, he has always listened to what I have to say and has been positive and straightforward in what he says. I would definitely recommend him.
